Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the Rackloom.ai website, supplier console and public API (the "Service") operated by Rackloom.ai, 458, 1st floor Tilak Nagar, Indore 452018 (M.P.), India. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

2. Supplier listings

Capacity you list must be hardware you own or are authorised to make available. Listings are reviewed before going live. Idle incentives and rental income are calculated per GPU-hour using the rates shown in the console at the time the hours accrue and are confirmed in your supplier agreement.

3. Rates and estimates

Rates and earnings shown on the website are live estimates and may change without notice. Only the rates confirmed in your supplier agreement and monthly statements are binding.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes, to attack networks, to send spam, or to interfere with the Service. We may remove content or capacity that breaches this policy.

5. Public API

The public API is provided as-is for informational use. We may change endpoints, apply rate limits or withdraw access at any time.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rackloom.ai is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to amounts paid to you under the relevant supplier agreement in the preceding three months.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
