Privacy policy
This policy explains what Rackloom.ai collects and how it is used.
What we collect
- Account data: name, email address, password hash, company and facility details you enter during onboarding.
- Capacity listings: GPU models, counts, locations and pricing preferences.
- Payout details: wallet addresses or bank details you provide for payouts.
- Waitlist data: email address and the GPU interest you submit.
- Technical data: IP address, browser user agent and session identifiers, used for security and rate limiting.
How we use it
To operate the supplier console, review and publish listings, calculate and pay idle rewards and rental income, send transactional emails (verification, password resets, review decisions, statements) and protect the Service from abuse. We do not sell personal data.
Third-party infrastructure partners
The Service is hosted on third-party cloud infrastructure and uses third-party email delivery and payment processors as subprocessors. Data may be processed in India, the European Union and the United States.
Retention
Account and listing data is retained while your account is active and for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. You can request deletion by emailing hello@rackloom.ai.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, and object to processing, by contacting hello@rackloom.ai.

We use one strictly necessary cookie (rl_session) to keep you signed in. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set.
